is a respected pastor, youth leader, social entrepreneur, and visionary ministry founder whose life and leadership have inspired thousands of young people across Rwanda and beyond. With more than a decade of experience in pastoral ministry, leadership development, and community transformation, he has dedicated his life to raising a generation of Christ-centered leaders equipped to transform society through faith, integrity, and service.

His journey is one of resilience, determination, and unwavering faith. While pursuing his education in Kenya, Pastor Aminadab worked as a motorbike taxi rider to finance his studies, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving his vision despite significant challenges. This experience shaped his passion for empowering young people to overcome obstacles and discover their God-given purpose.

Between 2009 and 2013, he pursued theological and pastoral training at Mahanaim Institutes in Kenya, where he earned a Diploma in Pastoral Ministry. He later continued his academic development by obtaining an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Theology between 2019 and 2021, strengthening his capacity to lead ministries, mentor emerging leaders, and serve communities with excellence.

On 24 April 2014, Pastor Aminadab co-founded Teens for Christ Rwanda (TFCR), beginning with a small gathering in a modest room in Kamembe, Rusizi District. Through visionary leadership, strategic planning, and a deep commitment to youth discipleship, the ministry has grown into one of Rwanda’s most influential youth movements. Today, Teens for Christ Rwanda reaches more than 70,000 teenagers every week through over 100 school fellowship chapters operating across more than ten districts throughout the country.

As Executive Director of Teens for Christ Rwanda, Pastor Aminadab has led the ministry’s expansion from a local initiative into a nationally recognized movement focused on evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, education, and community transformation. Under his leadership, the organization has established its national headquarters in Kigali and continues to pursue an ambitious vision of reaching one million teenagers every week through strategic partnerships, innovative ministry approaches, and the multiplication of local leaders.

A central pillar of his ministry has been leadership development. Through the Teens for Christ Youth Ministry Institutes, Pastor Aminadab has personally trained more than forty local missionaries who now serve communities across Rwanda. He has also developed discipleship programs that have equipped over 5,000 young people between the ages of 13 and 25 to become committed Christian leaders in their churches, schools, and communities. Additionally, he has established annual discipleship schools that continue to graduate new cohorts of young leaders each year.

Beyond his work with young people, Pastor Aminadab actively serves in pastoral ministry by providing biblical teaching, counseling, and spiritual leadership within the local church. His ministry is characterized by a strong emphasis on servant leadership, biblical discipleship, family values, and holistic transformation that addresses both spiritual and practical needs.

His commitment to national and continental collaboration has led him to serve in several influential leadership roles. He is a Board Member of the Rwanda Evangelical Alliance, serving as Commissioner for Health and Relief, a Board Member of the Africa Brethren Network Church, a Board Member of the Pan African Faith Leaders Initiative (PAFLI), and the National Representative for Biblical Eldership in Rwanda, where he coordinates Bible Educational Services to strengthen biblical education and leadership development throughout the country.

In addition to his pastoral calling, Pastor Aminadab is a passionate social entrepreneur who believes that sustainable ministry should be accompanied by economic empowerment. He serves as President of Stella Impact Rwanda Ltd. and Stella School, while also promoting entrepreneurship initiatives that create opportunities for families and communities. His leadership reflects a holistic approach to ministry that integrates education, enterprise, and faith-based community development.
